Important Information

• Delivery fees apply based on your event location.
• A security deposit or card authorization hold may be required.
• Snow cone supplies (ice, syrup, cups, and straws) are not included
• Hot dogs, buns, and condiments are not included.
• Customer is responsible for providing electrical outlets for concession equipment.
• Lighting is not included. Customers must provide their own lighting if needed for evening or nighttime events
• Tents cannot be installed or remain in use during severe weather or high winds.

Rental Information

•  Delivery: Our standard delivery window is 6:00 AM–12:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. Your delivery time will depend on your event location and our delivery route for the day.
• Pickup: Equipment will be picked up the following morning during the 6:00 AM–12:00 PM pickup window.
• 🚚 Same-day pickup is available upon request at the time of booking.

Underground Utilities

⚠️ Customer must notify us of any underground utilities before setup, including sprinkler lines, irrigation, septic systems, invisible pet fences, or other buried lines. Simply Gather Event Rentals is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities.
