Important Information

  • Delivery fees apply based on your event location.
  • A security deposit or card authorization hold may be required.
  • This rental includes the tent only. Sidewalls, and windows are not included but may be available as add-ons.
  • Lighting is not included. Customers must provide their own lighting if needed for evening or nighttime events
  • Pole tents must be installed on grass only and cannot be set up on concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other hard surfaces.
  • The setup area must be level and clear of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic lines, tree branches, and other obstacles.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining any required property or venue approvals before installation.
  • For safety, tents cannot be installed or must be removed during severe weather or high winds.
  • Capacity: Up to 40 seated guests depending on your event layout.

Rental Information

  •  Delivery: Our standard delivery window is 6:00 AM–12:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. Your delivery time will depend on your event location and our delivery route for the day.
  • Pickup: Equipment will be picked up the following morning during the 6:00 AM–12:00 PM pickup window.
  • 🚚 Same-day pickup is available upon request at the time of booking.

Underground Utilities

⚠️ Customer must notify us of any underground utilities before setup, including sprinkler lines, irrigation, septic systems, invisible pet fences, or other buried lines. Simply Gather Event Rentals is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities.
