Rental Information
- Delivery: Our standard delivery window is 6:00 AM–12:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day. Your delivery time will depend on your event location and our delivery route for the day.
- Pickup: Equipment will be picked up the following morning during the 6:00 AM–12:00 PM pickup window.
- 🚚 Same-day pickup is available upon request at the time of booking.
Underground Utilities
⚠️ Customer must notify us of any underground utilities before setup, including sprinkler lines, irrigation, septic systems, invisible pet fences, or other buried lines. Simply Gather Event Rentals is not responsible for damage to undisclosed underground utilities.
